- Rent and Legal Protection Service - * Subject to rent not exceeding £2,500 PCM. For rents exceeding £2500 pcm the following annual surcharges will apply: £360 for rents between £2,500 and £5,000 pcm, £450 for rent in excess of £5,000 pcm.
- * All works carried out include a supervision charge of 10% of the invoiced cost (plus VAT).
